PAYMENT:
1.PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD:
Credit card payments shall be made via secure software system with SSL standard. Your data shall be kept with maximum protection and unless it is explicitly authorized by you, your credit card data shall not be registered by Hazer Baba
In order to protect your credit card and personal data, Hazer Baba shall endeavor to take all precautions according to technical developments. Please use maximum effort to protect your password to secure your credit card and personal data, to use an anti-virus program, to use secure log out options. Hazer Baba shall not be liable for direct or indirect loss resulting of your own deficiency.
I. PURCHASING PRODUCT
The taxes are included into the purchase prices. Delivery costs shall be clearly declared during your shopping. No other fees shall be requested.
The product shall be delivered to given address in 7 (three) working days with DHL and ARAMEX cargo company if the delivery address is abroad, and Yurtiçi Kargo company if it is within the country, in the following the purchase transaction approval. Hazer Baba may extend the delivery period for 5 (five) more days with prior notice.
You shall be liable for all kind of loss in case that the requested information was filled inadequately or inaccurately.
Hazer Baba sends and delivers its products through a contracted cargo company for its shipments. If this cargo company does not have a branch at the location of the buyer, the buyer must receive the product from another nearby branch of the cargo company notified by Hazer Baba.
In the event that the buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery of the products and the persons at the address do not accept the delivery, Hazer Baba will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation in this regard. In case there is no one to take delivery at the address, it is the buyer's responsibility to follow up the shipment of the products by contacting the cargo company. If the product is to be delivered to another person / organization from the buyer, Hazer Baba cannot be held responsible if the person / organization to be delivered is not at his/her address or does not accept the delivery.
In these cases, all kinds of damages arising from the late delivery of the product by the buyer and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and/or the return of the cargo to Hazer Baba belong to the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for checking the product as soon as he/she receives the cargo and when he sees a problem arising from the cargo, not accepting the product and keeping a report to the cargo company official. Otherwise, Hazer Baba will not accept responsibility.
II. CANCELLING CONDITIONS:
You may cancel the purchase and return the product without any cause in 7 (seven) days following delivery only if the product is not a special order, the package is not opened and the product is not used. It is not allowed to return some of the products in case you purchased a Product Package. No return after 7 (seven) days but provisions of Consumer Protection Law are saved.
In cases where it is accepted by the SELLER, a discount is made from the price of the product to be returned, up to the change / deterioration.
Before returning the product, please send it to shop@hazerbaba.com.tr with an e-mail containing your invoice number and order number, specifying the reason for the return. As soon as our company receives your e-mail, you will be contacted and you will be informed how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name should be sent back together with the product. Instead of the returned product, another product will be given or the price of the product will be refunded to your credit card within a reasonable time. Refunds will be paid due to transportation costs will be borne by you.
The payment you have made, provided that you make your refund request within the period; If it is paid by credit card; the reimbursement shall be made to that credit card account without any deduction. No additional request (such as interest, indemnification etc.) is allowed. For promotional/discounted / discounted products, no more than the sales fee can be requested.
Hazer Baba shall not be liable in case that refund cannot be realized in above mentioned time because of the problems resulting from the Bank side or resulting from any unpredictable cause.
According to the provisions of Regulation on Distance Selling you may not use your right to cancel in case the purchased product is perishable (short period between production date and expiration date). We hereby recommend you to examine carefully the information given about expiration date.
III. CHANGING CONDITIONS:
The purchase of some Hazer Baba products might be limited for a certain period or for stocked goods. Therefore in case it is not possible to deliver the product requested you may either request a different product instead within the price limits of the firstly requested product or refund of purchase price. In that case, refund provisions above shall be applied.

IV. OTHER SUBJECT
In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined-announced every year by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts in cases exceeding these limits. In this context, the BUYER may apply to the Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence (residence) of himself/herself or, if he/she wishes, of the SELLER.
The BUYER accepts and declares that he/she has read all the conditions and explanations written in this Contract and in the preliminary notices of the order-contract (INTERNET Site), which form an integral part, has the basic feature-attributes of the Product/Products subject to sale, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, Including the SELLER and all other preliminary information and the right of withdrawal and personal information-electronic communication conditions regarding the product subject to sale and accepts the terms of the contract, by giving the confirmation-approval-acceptance-permission to all these in the electronic environment, that he/she has prior knowledge of all matters written in the 3rd article of this Agreement, that he/she has seen all of them in the electronic environment on the WEBSITE, by ordering the product he/she accepts the provisions of this agreement.
Both the aforementioned preliminary information and this Agreement are also sent to the above e-mail (mail) address that the BUYER has notified to the SELLER, and the confirmation of the receipt of the order is also included in the aforementioned e-mail along with the order summary.
